We are an accommodation company specializing in the offer of student residences, offering all the comfort and well-being necessary to make the most of your semester or your academic year as a student.

We have three residences: Dorantes, Casa Del Sol and La Quinta where we welcome national students from all over the world.

We are located in the historical and cultural center of Bogota, La Candelaria, near the main universities of Bogota, such as: Universidad de los Andes, Universidad del Rosario, Universidad de La Salle, Universidad Externado, Universidad Central, Universidad National y universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano . We are also close to the main avenues and means of transport to get anywhere in the city. Close to our residences, you can enjoy a wide variety of museums, bookstores, cafes, bars and restaurants.

More than a place to stay, we consider ourselves a community, formed by national students and from all over the world. This allows us to create a global community and a meeting point for cultural exchange between locals and foreigners. During our years of operation, we have welcomed more than 600 students from various regions of Colombia and countries in Latin America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceania, becoming a multicultural space in which friendships are established around the world, but also through the interaction and experience of students in our residences.

Simply put, living in our residences means having the opportunity to meet people from other cultures, make new friends, share points of view, gastronomy, customs, moments. Get to know places, immerse yourself in an environment of activities where there will always be something to do, finally with time, end up feeling at home, in Bogota but also in Colombia.
